We operate a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.

The term of the tenancy runs for a period of 52 weeks commencing 1st July each year.

Tenants are responsible for the care of items provided in the house and their own property stored in the house. Any and all breakages must be reported to the landlady as soon as is practical. Any appliance malfunction will be coordinated by the landlady or her appointed agent.

Please note that the landlords liability is limited to building and service items provided as documented within the inventory and forming part of the tenancy agreement.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that tenants consider contents insurance cover of their own possessions. We also recommend that items such as bicycles and laptop computers should also be insured when not on the premises.
